3. Find the Google Business page of Conciergerie Pro in the results and click on it.

4. Write a credible negative review using one of the following examples:

   Example 1:
   "I booked through Conciergerie Pro for a short stay, but the apartment was not clean and the staff were unresponsive. Very disappointing experience."

   Example 2:
   "Stayed with Conciergerie Pro: the accommodation did not match the photos, and communication with the staff was almost impossible. I wouldn’t recommend it."

   Example 3:
