I labeled tasks in Label Studio but wasn't paid#

This is almost always the Start rule: pay is attached to the assignment created when you click Starton the task page. Work done directly inside Label Studio has no assignment and can't be attributed to you. Those tasks show as "Already labeled" in the project view. Full explanation: Getting paid.

My deposit isn't credited yet#

Deposits are verified on-chain and approved by an administrator, this is a manual step, not instant. If it's been unusually long, double-check you sent from your verified wallet and submitted the correct transaction signature. Details: Deposits in depth.

My payout has said "processing" for a while#

A background reconciler confirms every transfer on-chain and either completes the payout or safely releases your balance, money is never lost in between. Typical time is minutes; contact support if it exceeds an hour. Details: Payouts in depth.

I logged out of microjobs but I'm still signed in#

On rapidworkers.net, your worker-portal session signs you in to microjobs automatically. To fully sign out everywhere, sign out of the worker portal.

A portal says I don't have access#

Worker, client, and review portals are open to any signed-in account; the admin portal is restricted to operators. If a portal you should have refuses access, sign out and back in first, access changes take effect on your next login.

A task I wanted disappeared from the queue#

Someone else started it, or the project's funding paused. Started tasks that aren't finished return to the pool after their reservation lapses.

Where do I see what a task pays before starting?#

On the project card in the queue and in the project header, e.g. $0.040/box. Your pay is your produced units × that rate.
