⚠ Reject vs needs-revision
Reject is for work that misses the point; needs-revision is for work that's close. Write actionable feedback on needs-revision, the worker sees your exact words next to the reopened task.
Decisions are final#
Once a task has a terminal decision (approve/reject), further reviews of it are blocked. Take the extra ten seconds before deciding borderline cases.
