How money flows

USD ledgers, SOL at the edges, and separated balances.

All balances on the platform are kept in US dollars. Crypto (SOL) is used only at the edges, when money enters (client deposits) and when it leaves (worker payouts). Conversion happens at the live SOL/USD price at that moment, so everyone transacts in today's dollar value.

How money flows#

  1. 1A client deposits SOL → credited to their org balance in USD.
  2. 2A worker completes a task → the org is debited, the worker is credited, per unit of work.
  3. 3A reviewer checks sampled work → paid from the platform's review margin.
  4. 4The worker withdraws → USD converted to SOL and sent on-chain.

RapidWorkers microjobs money is separate#

The microjobs board has its own balance and its own withdrawal methods. Earnings there are withdrawn there; data-labeling earnings are withdrawn here. Nothing moves between the two.
