Requesting payouts

Requesting a payout#

/work/earnings, click Request payout (minimum payout: $5). - 2The platform converts your USD balance to SOL at the live price and sends it to your registered wallet.
- 3The payout shows processing until the transfer is confirmed on-chain, typically a few minutes.
If it stays "processing"#
A background reconciler finalizes payouts continuously. If a transfer can't be confirmed, the payout either completes on retry or your balance is safely released, funds are never lost in between. If a payout looks stuck for more than an hour, contact support.
